Some Insanity...
I went a little mad today. I practised my violin for 3 hours. My fingertips went numb. But after the numbness abated, came the pain. Hahaha. I was practising for the wedding actually. I played Canon so many times I could practically play it in my sleep. I played it again and again and again. And I still can't trill properly and nicely with my 4th finger. Grr... Had to switch to 3rd position instead to play that one trill before going back to 1st position again -.-
Ah well, at least there was improvement in the rapid change of strings during the chorus part. And I tried to play Paganini's Caprice No. 24. I played the first few bars and promptly died. Hahaha. I don't know why but I had a sudden craze for Paganini's Caprice No. 24.
My sister came back from Shanghai today! And I hugged Ms Leong at the airport! She looked at me and said "Hmm, you look more and more like a JC student!" Tongs... Hahaha.
